Business cards worth keeping
A business card should make the next conversation easy. Whether you are introducing yourself at a local business, meeting a new client or including a card with an order, clear contact details matter more than a crowded design.
Start with a size that suits the design
Select an available finished size in the portal before laying out the artwork. Allow for bleed and keep names, phone numbers and small details away from the trim edge. A design made for one size should not simply be stretched to fit another.
Use the second side deliberately
One side can carry your name and contact details; the reverse can explain your service or provide appointment information. A QR code can help someone find your website, but test it at printed size and keep a readable web address as well. Avoid tiny type or low-contrast text.
Compare stock and finish fairly
Thickness, printed sides and finishing change both the feel and the price. Use the same specification when comparing business card printing costs. Check the available stock and finishing combinations in the configurator rather than assuming every finish suits every paper.
Order for the details you will keep
An economical larger run is only useful if the details stay current. Check your phone number, email, website and role before printing. For several team members, confirm how separate artwork versions should be ordered instead of assuming one quantity can be split between names.
